Nathan Cuschieri
Managing Director
Nathan’s journey kicked off in 2011 with an electrical apprenticeship on high-rise structures, where he honed his resilience while collaborating with various skilled tradesmen over four years. Upon completing his apprenticeship, he made the leap into the fire industry after spending 8 years in construction. This transition led to rapid progression to a managerial role.
Recognising his untapped potential, Nathan, alongside his lifelong friend Andrew, co-founded C-Fire Protection. Their vision revolved around crafting tailored solutions in accordance with Australian standards, ensuring not only functionality but also an aesthetic appeal. In his role as Managing Director, Nathan places a premium on nurturing client relations and the precise programming of fire systems while adeptly addressing distinctive project challenges.
C-Fire Protection is dedicated to expanding and becoming a revered leader in the domain of high-quality fire system installations. Across numerous unique projects, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to conquer multifaceted challenges, further cementing the company’s reputation. Andrew Xenofontos
Project Director
Andrew has been a prominent figure in the construction industry for 15 years, with a rich and diverse background. His career began as an electrical apprentice, where he gained extensive knowledge in various domains, including electrical, mechanical, security, and fire protection, mainly in high-rise buildings.
Subsequently, Andrew joined a Fire Protection company, managing teams on major projects for seven years. This experience gave him the confidence to partner with Nathan and co-establish C-Fire Protection.
Since then, Andrew and his team have successfully completed numerous projects, enhancing their experience. As the project manager, Andrew meticulously analyses clients’ plans, strategises on-site procedures, and leads skilled tradesmen to maintain high standards of workmanship in all fire systems they encounter. At C-Fire Protection we maintain a high level of workmanship across all fire systems we encounter. Their commitment to client satisfaction and top-tier fire protection services remains unwavering, as they continue to grow and expand their network in the industry.
