Description

Ultimate Security, a leading security company, sought our expertise for a project involving Nassim’s building on level 1. During our assessment, we identified the outdated fire system’s potential operational risks in case of a fire.

We upgraded the building’s fire system from an old EWIS and conventional setup to an AFP-3030 combo panel, replacing all field devices with addressable ones. Additionally, we wired and installed detection and EWIS speakers in 6 vacant office spaces on level 1, ensuring compliance.

The rooftop required horn speakers, Visual Alarm Devices for the open area, and smoke detection for the lounge. Our tech team executed the upgrade seamlessly, ensuring the new fire system meets Australian standards, providing peace of mind to both staff and occupants.

Description

The entire fire system of St George TAFE Block M underwent a comprehensive upgrade, as the existing outdated system was causing ongoing challenges. We upgraded the fire panel and all detectors, transitioning from a conventional system to the advanced addressable Notifier 3030 fire system.

This upgrade not only alleviated the persistent issues but also instilled a sense of security among the welcoming campus staff. With Block M now equipped with a new and reliable fire system, the safety of students and faculty members throughout the building is assured.

Given our client’s specific design preferences, we delivered a sleek matte black finish for the detection and occupant warning system throughout the entire office. This distinctive touch added a polished look to the already impressive fit-out for the team, leaving our client highly satisfied with the results.

By accomplishing this, we provided the office staff with a sense of security, knowing that the new and reliable fire system enhances the safety of both employees and visitors throughout the building.

C-Fire Protection was delighted to participate in a program aimed at upgrading fire systems across multiple Tafes in NSW.

St. Leonards Tafe, a sprawling campus featuring up to 13 buildings offering diverse courses and educational opportunities, underwent a comprehensive system upgrade. The entire campus transitioned from a conventional fire system to the advanced addressable Notifier 3030 fire system. Despite encountering challenges in each building, our skilled team of experienced technicians and head programmer adeptly addressed and resolved every issue. The result was a satisfied campus, appreciative of the high-quality work we delivered.

Ultimo Tafe’s Block C marked the initiation of a statewide initiative to upgrade fire systems in various Tafe campuses across NSW.

This 5-story Heritage building, boasting stunning architectural features, underwent a transformation. The basic conventional fire system was replaced with an addressable Notifier 3030 system. Despite challenges posed by high ceilings and hard-to-reach detector placements, our team successfully overcame these obstacles, contributing to the restoration and prolonged life of this heritage gem.

Description

At Waterloo Library, we completed the upgrade of a unique wireless fire system and a wired Fusion fire system in the Inner Sydney Voice building behind. We transitioned to a Fusion TauREX wireless system, including wireless detectors, sounders, strobes, and beam detectors for the high-ceiling area. The wired building communicates with the main FIP, notifying the Fire brigade in case of any alarms.

Our in-house lead programmer skillfully finalised the programming through the TauREX software. While wireless fire systems are uncommon, the reliability and commendable technology of the Fusion TauREX system make it a highly recommended choice. The system’s sensitivity and accuracy make it an ideal fit for a library setting.
